The Frenchman had suffered a hamstring injury against Elche over two weeks ago, and as per a report from Marca, the player is training on his own and is yet to join the rest of the squad.

The initial assessment was of a minimal injury, but there was reportedly a small rupture in the femoral biceps, sidelining the player for longer than initially anticipated.
The 34-year-old was expected to return for Saturday’s match against Villareal in the league but is still far from his best.
As things stand, he won’t be able to manage the Villareal game, and the odds of him featuring in the Champions League game in Paris are low.
This would be a huge blow for Madrid supporters and boss Carlo Ancelotti, as the striker has been in the form of his career. The France International has managed 33 goal contributions in 28 games this season for Los Blancos.
